Mavis Discount Tire

My 81 year old neighbor was in a bit of a panic because she was having low tire pressure (and she needed an inspection) on a Saturday. So I set her up with an appointment at the Scarsdale location on Sunday. Christina, the staff and crew at the Scarsdale location were amazing. They took wonderful care of my neighbor, who reported they were very nice and kind and that the mechanics were speedy and did a good job. My neighbor felt so much better being able to get the issue solved on a weekend. The online appointment system was easy to use. Took my car for an inspection the next day and was able to thank the staff in person. Thanks again for your care and professionalism. You’re all great!

I went into Mavis today hoping to plug my tire, but I came out with four new tires! I definitely did not expect that to be the outcome of my visit today, but I was met with courtesy, urgency, and kindness by Christina at the front desk and service from MJ and the crew that will now get me and my Buick Encore around town with safety, security, and hopefully no more screws in my tires. Thank you so much, Mavis!

I usually do not leave very bad reviews but this business fully deserves one. I have experience with the local Mavis as they used to be very good when they opened on Central Avenue. The service was prompt and good. Today, it has degenerated into a bad business. You can sense that from the moment you step foot in the door. I brought the car in for an inspection and oil change early in the morning at opening. While I was told the car would be ready by noon, they did not call all day. I tried to call the shop, good luck. Wait forever. So in the afternoon I just showed up. They first gave me a bill which was for the wrong car. Then they notified me that the car was not in yet. I just had it, took the keys and will never step foot in a Mavis again. Might as well go to a dealer get charged an arm and a leg for inspection and oil change but they get it done. Mavis just wastes your time.

Christina at Mavis Tires was amazing! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to work with me and helped me get the best price possible. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, but Christina definitely does. She made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciate her help and would highly recommend working with her. Thank you, Christina!

This was the first time visiting the Scarsdale store. The customer service was top notch. Saba was welcoming, professional, & personable. Despite the shop being very busy that morning. My tire was repaired quickly and efficiently. All the employees I encountered that day were knowledgeable and courteous. This is my new favorite branch, I will be a repeat customer.
